A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Delivery Excellence Manager in Mexico City, you will technologically enable continuous improvement and automation across our finance shared services operations. You will turn operational needs into scalable solutions, connecting with our integral network of over 2,000 tech experts across 40+ disciplines.

- Architect and build end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse).
- Design intuitive Power BI dashboards and data models to track process performance and strategic initiatives.
- Develop clean automations using Python, VBA macros, and Office Scripts to eliminate repetitive finance tasks.
- Integrate modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow delivery while ensuring code quality through rigorous testing.
- Partner directly with finance process owners to gather requirements, build rapid prototypes, and train end users to secure adoption.

We Are Looking For You bring a problem-solving mindset and a drive to simplify complex processes through smart automation. You bring:

- Automation &
- Low-Code Engineering: Expertise building scalable workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Data Analytics &
- Visualisation: Strong capability to model data and design actionable dashboards in Power BI using DAX and Power Query.
- Programming &
- Modern Tools: Solid foundations in Python, VBA, or Office Scripts, with an appetite to integrate AI-assisted tools into delivery workflows.
- Business Acumen &
- Stakeholder Management:



Understanding of finance or shared-services operations, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Proven track record driving transformation and rapid prototyping, with Microsoft certifications (such as PL-900 or PL-300) considered a plus.
