The Supply Chain Planning Manager at Canvas Supply Chain Consulting LATAM is a full-time, on-site role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area.

This role is responsible for leading demand and production planning activities across client engagements, ensuring accurate forecasts, efficient inventory levels, and reliable supply to meet business objectives.

The manager will analyze data and performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and propose improvements to planning processes and supply chain operations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional client teams, configuring and using planning tools, preparing reports and dashboards, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.

The role also involves supporting project implementation, coaching junior team members, and contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies in supply chain planning.

Qualifications

- 7 Years of Experience in Beverage Industry
- Bachelor in INdustrial engineering, International Commerce, or Business Management
- QualificationsStrong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning, with the ability to integrate demand signals into reliable supply plans.




- Experience in Production Planning and Supply Management to coordinate manufacturing schedules, capacity, and material availability.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data analysis, scenario modeling, and decision-making using quantitative methods and planning tools.
- Proficiency with SAP 4/HANA and planning systems, Advance planning systems and Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in supply chain or operations planning roles, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.

Contract 12 Months, Full time Monday-Friday Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
