About the role

TBC is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Global Finance organization. This position is based in San Luis Potosí and will support treasury operations across Mexico while working closely with the Corporate Treasury team located in US.

What you will do

- Prepare and execute electronic payments and wire transfers.
- Manage banking portals and treasury platforms.
- Perform daily cash positioning and bank account reconciliations.
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Monitor treasury transactions and reporting activities.
- Coordinate foreign currency transactions.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Corporate Treasury teams.
- Support audit, compliance and treasury process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in treasury automation and standardization projects.

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

✅ 1-3 years of experience in at least one of the following:

- Corporate Treasury.
- Banking Operations.
- Cash Management.
- Financial Analysis.
- Corporate Finance.

✅ Advanced Excel skills:

- Pivot Tables.
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP.
- Financial data analysis.

✅ Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).





✅ Experience working with ERP systems such as:

- SAP.
- Oracle.
- Similar enterprise platforms.

✅ Experience using banking portals or treasury-related systems.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)

⭐ Exposure to:

- Foreign exchange transactions.
- Debt management.
- Cash forecasting.
- Banking fee analysis.

⭐ Experience supporting multinational or global organizations.

⭐ Experience collaborating with teams located in the US.
