What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Responsabilidades Principales Socio Estratégico de Operaciones:

Asesorar a la gerencia de planta en la toma de decisiones sobre estructura organizacional, productividad, retención y desarrollo de talento.

Relaciones Laborales:

Liderar la estrategia de relaciones con el personal operativamente, gestión de contratos colectivos, atención a sindicatos y resolución de conflictos.

Desarrollo y Cultura:

Diseñar e implementar planes de capacitación, evaluación del desempeño, planes de sucesión y programas de reconocimiento.

Atención y Retención de Talento:

Colaborar con reclutamiento para cubrir posiciones clave de planta y reducir los índices de rotación y ausentismo.

Indicadores Fundamental (KPIs):

Monitorear y optimizar métricas como Headcount, Rotación, Ausentismo, Clima Laboral y Costos de Nómina.
