Responsibilities

- Assist in analyzing and documenting current HR processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Power Apps solutions for HR functions.
- Create and maintain workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support HR metrics and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training materials for new HR digital tools and automated processes.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of databases, Share Point, and data management concepts is preferred.
