UST General is looking for a Java Tech Lead/Scrum to build end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading financial services organizations in the US and Canada.
Required Skills/Experience: 12+ years of experience with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices. Experience with Monitoring, Alerting, performance improvements, AWS. Experience with dev tools like Jenkins, Git Lab, Sonar, Snyk, Checkmarx, etc. 5+ years of lead experience. Experience with React. Good collaboration with product, scrum master, and other leads. Ability to work well with team members, guide them technically, conduct code reviews, and delegate work effectively.
