Aptiv in Matamoros, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer for NPI to support product launches from DV to mass production. You will apply DFM/DFA, validate processes, and collaborate with design teams to optimize assembly and test fixtures for electronics.
Responsibilities include PFMEA, MSA/GR&R;, DoE, Cp/Cpk, and leading MQ phases to ensure readiness of equipment and documentation, driving improvements in cycle time, yield, and automation.
