Senior Program Manager, Amazon Operations, Amazon Mexico Operations

About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead and scale high-impact programs across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution to drive the growth and success of complex, cross‑functional initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.

Strategic Operations Leadership

- Lead the design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies
- Develop and execute integration strategies across cross‑functional teams and operational workstreams
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization
- Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact

Program Development & Execution

- Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for complex, multi‑phase programs
- Drive program expansion and optimization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop comprehensive onboarding processes, playbooks, and growth strategies for new initiatives




- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer and stakeholder experience through improved operational capabilities

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

- Build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure alignment between program objectives, operational capabilities, and business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across the program lifecycle and value chain

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in program or project management
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
