If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryReporting to the **Production Manager**, the **Production Supervisor** role involves directing manufacturing operations carried out on a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they meet volume, quality, and cost objectives.**What a typical day looks like:*** Support the design, analysis, and optimization of production processes.* Prepare and update technical documentation: process sheets, work instructions, flow diagrams.* Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing costs, cycle times, and waste.* Collaborate in the implementation of production control systems and performance metrics.* Provide support in plant layout distribution and production line balancing.* Conduct time and motion studies to ensure operational efficiency.* Coordinate with Quality, Engineering,
