**What You Will Do** * Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing and reporting.
* Analyze cost variances, identify financial risks, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and company policies.
* Oversee inventory controls, fixed assets, CAPEX, and the Fixed Asset Analyst.




* Partner with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve financial performance.
**What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
* 5+ years of Finance, Controlling, or Cost Accounting experience, including leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, cost accounting, and CAPEX.
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
* Advanced English and strong analytical and leadership skills.
