Hours: Part-time to start (about 2 days / 30 hours a week), growing to full-time with ad volume. Must work US business hours.

About the Company

We are a fast-growing US direct-to-consumer supplement brand selling through Shopify and Amazon, with a large subscription customer base and a high volume of paid social advertising. Revenue has grown several times over this year and the team is scaling to match. This is a new role: you will set the compliance framework, not inherit one. It starts part-time and is expected to become a full-time position.

The team works US hours (Eastern to Pacific). The brand name is shared at the shortlist stage, under a short NDA.

The Role

You make strong marketing compliant at high ad volume, without blocking the business. You review ads, landing pages, emails and labels before launch, with authority to stop non-compliant creative and escalate edge cases to outside counsel.

Scope of Work

- Pre-launch review of all ads, landing pages, product pages, emails and offers
- Own the claims and substantiation matrix: what can be said,



and what evidence supports it
- Review labels and packaging with the product development lead
- Advise on subscription and offer disclosures, testimonials and influencer content
- Monitor ad account policy warnings, and chargeback and refund trends linked to claims
- Train the creative and media-buying teams; escalate edge cases to counsel

Experience Required

- 4+ years in compliance or regulatory roles for US dietary supplement brands
- Hands-on with FDA structure/function claims and FTC advertising rules
- Has worked inside a high-volume ecommerce or DTC brand, not only a manufacturer: the job is making strong marketing compliant, not blocking it
- Comfortable making fast decisions independently with commercial understanding of still needing to maintain
