The Role

We'rehiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Business Operations(BizOps) team on one of our top client engagements — a global leader inpayments technology. This role supports the AI Data and User Experienceprogram, which is establishing a Unified AI, Data & UX Organization toenable faster delivery, differentiated AI products, and scalable innovationacross the enterprise.





BusinessOperations leads the client's DevOps transformation through tooling and byadvocating for change and standards across the development, quality, release,and product organizations. We're looking for someone with an appetite forchange who can push the boundaries of what's possible with automation, and whoworks comfortably across development, operations, and product teams toprioritize needs and build relationships.

Coretech stack: Unix, shell scripting, SQL, Python, Apache NiFi, Splunk, Dynatrace,Jenkins, Git, XL Release (XLR), and AI/agentic workflows.

What You'll Do

• Engage in and improve the fulllifecycle of services — from inception and design through deployment,operation, and refinement.

• Analyze ITSM activity across theplatform and feed back operational gaps or resiliency concerns to developmentteams.

• Support services before they golive through system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.

• Maintain live services bymeasuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.

• Scale systems sustainably throughautomation, and drive changes that improve reliability and velocity.

• Support the application CI/CDpipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation andoperational gating,



and lead DevOps automation and best practices.

• Practice sustainable incidentresponse and blameless post-mortems.

• Take a holistic approach toproblem-solving, connecting the dots across the technology stack duringproduction events to optimize mean time to recovery.

• Collaborate with a global teamspread across multiple tech hubs and time zones.

• Share knowledge and mentor juniorteam members.

Requirements

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or arelated technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), orequivalent practical experience.

• Experience with algorithms, datastructures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.

• Systematic problem-solvingapproach, combined with strong communication skills and a sense of ownershipand drive.

• Ability to debug and optimize codeand automate routine tasks.

• Experience handling difficultsituations and making decisions with a sense of urgency, given the range ofstakeholders supported.

• Experience supporting productionAI, machine learning, data platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.

• Experience with industry-standardCI/CD tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef.

Nice to Have

• Experience in one or more of thefollowing languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.

• Experience designing andimplementing an efficient CI/CD flow that moves code from dev to prod with highquality and minimal manual effort.
