You’ll use strong legal judgment to assess viability, set expectations, and recommend the right path forward—quickly and accurately. This role is idóneo if you like decisive work, client-facing conversations, and being accountable for both quality and conversion.ResponsibilitiesLead initial consultations that build trust and clarity for prospective clients from the first callAssess personal injury and workers’ compensation claims for legal merit, risk, and fit against firm criteriaReview intake notes, incident details, medical records, and supporting documents to determine case viabilityProvide practical, plain-language guidance on rights, expectations, timelines, and next stepsRecommend initial case strategy and identify the most appropriate legal pathway earlyPartner with intake staff to ensure complete,



accurate case information and a seamless client handoffMake timely accept/decline decisions and clearly document rationale in the case management systemDrive follow-up that supports client retention and smooth onboarding without sacrificing qualitySupport the intake team in addressing common concerns and objections during the decision processShare insights on intake trends and process gaps to continuously improve quality and conversionMust-Have:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law (in good standing)Strong knowledge of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation fundamentalsConfident client-facing communication skills (you can explain complex topics simply and calmly)Strong legal judgment and decision-making ability with comfort making accept/decline callsOrganized, detail-oriented documentation habits in a case management systemAbility to work efficiently with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalismNice to Have:1+ year of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation experienceExperience reviewing medical records and incident reports at intakeComfort collaborating with Client Advocates, Case Managers, and Legal Assistants in a structured workflowFamiliarity with outcomes-based or accountability-driven operating environmentsCompetitive monthly compensation paid in USDAccess up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees)
