Caterpillar is seeking a Trade Operations Manager to lead import/export compliance initiatives from our Santo Catarina, Nuevo León site. The role requires ensuring compliance with U.S., Mexico, and international trade laws, and oversight of audits and shipments.

This position is based onsite and involves international travel of 10-20%. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and demonstrate advancedEnglish proficiency to coordinate with general teams and regulatory bodies.
