EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking an Endpoint Analyst to diagnose and resolve endpoint connectivity, authentication, and security controls. You will analyze escalated service desk tickets, use logs and security tools, and resolve incidents within SLAs while collaborating with IT and security teams.
You will work with DHCP/DNS, Active Directory, GPO and Intune, diagnose TLS and PKI issues, and examine HAR files.
