Description

This position is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and supervision of strategies, policies, and procedures that protect the integrity of personnel, assets, information, and the organization's operations. Its purpose is to ensure compliance with security standards, prevent risks and incidents, coordinate security personnel and providers, and contribute to maintaining a safe, reliable environment aligned with business objectives.

Accountabilities

- Implement and oversee the physical, asset, and operational security strategy, aligned with company policies.
- Coordinate security personnel and providers, ensuring coverage, compliance with security protocols, and service levels.
- Identify risks, prevent incidents, and follow up on security events, documenting and escalating cases as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, supporting audits, internal investigations, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and key security indicators to measure performance, incidents, and opportunities for improvement and promote a culture of prevention and safety among employees, visitors, and providers.





Idóneo Candidate Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution.
- Preferably in an area of study related to the position.
- From 7 to 9 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership and management of projects or programs with results-oriented deliverables, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience directly or indirectly leading a team.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.

Working Conditions

- This position has a regular full-time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
- This position may require minimal travel.
