About the RoleWe’re looking for a Packaging Graphic Designer with packaging design experience and strong 3D visualization skills to join our team remotely on an ongoing contract basis.

Working closely with our Senior Designer, you’ll translate established creative directions into refined packaging graphics, detailed mockups, and realistic 3D renderings. This is a hands-on role focused on graphic design and visual execution, with an emphasis on typography, composition, color, and accurate representation of packaging materials and finishes.

Packaging design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to create 3D packaging renderings are required.

Responsibilities

- Develop packaging graphics under the Senior Designer’s creative direction.
- Design and adapt artwork for boxes, bags, labels, sleeves, and other packaging formats.
- Refine typography, layouts, color applications, and graphic elements across packaging collections.
- Create high-quality 3D packaging renderings that accurately communicate proportions, artwork placement, materials, textures, and finishes.
- Apply artwork to dielines and 3D models, maintaining consistency between flat layouts and visualizations.
- Prepare polished mockups and design presentations for internal and client review.




- Incorporate feedback accurately and carry approved changes through all relevant files.
- Maintain organized, editable design files with clear naming and version control.
- Communicate progress, questions, and potential delays, and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills

- Previous professional experience in packaging graphic design.
- A portfolio demonstrating packaging projects, strong graphic design skills, and high-quality 3D packaging renderings.
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and color skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to develop graphics within established creative directions and brand guidelines.
- Understanding of packaging formats, dielines, artwork placement, and basic print production requirements.
- Ability to create and refine 3D packaging models, apply artwork and materials, and set up lighting and rendering.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
- Effective written and spoken English for regular communication with our team.

Software RequirementsRequired

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong proficiency in at least one 3D modeling and rendering platform, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software.

Preferred

- Proficiency in Figma is a plus, but not required.
