We're hiring a remote Maintenance Dispatcher to direct our field technicians and make sure every job gets scheduled, assigned, and wrapped up on time.CompensationHourly: $8.00 to $12.00 USD per hour, paid weekly, based on experiencePerformance Based Monthly Bonus: Up to 12% of base payPaid Time Off (PTO): 10 daysHolidays: 7 US holidaysBirthday: Take your birthday as a paid day off, or any paid day during your birthday monthRead and Grow: Get paid up to $500.00 USD per year through our book clubReferral Program: Refer a hired team member and receive a $1,000 bonusOur office runs on US Central Time, the same clock as most of Mexico. No night shift.What You'll DoMatch technicians to jobs based on their skills, location, and current load, rerouting and reshuffling as the day unfolds to cut drive time and avoid overlapsHandle urgent and after-hours repair calls, sizing up priority and sending the right person out per emergency protocolsSpot missed visits, late arrivals, missing notes or photos, and recurring problems, raising trends with the Director of MaintenanceMonitor KPIs such as response time, completion rate, and scheduling accuracy,
