position overview

we are looking for a skilled sap it project manager to lead sap implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption of sap practices.

key responsibilities

- manage the complete lifecycle of sap projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into sap solutions.
- coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of sap modules.
- develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments,



and status reports.
- conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on sap functionalities.

requirements

- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on sap projects.
- pmp or similar project management certification is preferred.
- strong knowledge of sap modules and functionalities (e.g., sap erp, sap s/4hana).
- proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as agile and waterfall.
- excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- fluent in english; proficiency in spanish is a plus.
