Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Program / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing multiple interdependent projects across business functions and technology platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. The adecuado candidate combines strong program and project management expertise with excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. The role requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA), preferably with a focus on Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.




- 10+ years of hands-on IT Program and/or Project Management experience, preferably managing large-scale and complex technology initiatives.
- Proven experience leading multiple interdependent projects across different functional areas and technology platforms.
- Strong experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies and the ability to apply the appropriate delivery approach based on project needs.
- Experience incorporating Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices into project and program delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and quality.
- Experience communicating program status, risks, financials, and key decisions to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and coordinate high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations, resolve competing priorities, and drive alignment across different stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong documentation, organization, planning, and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.




- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive stakeholders toward consensus and decisions.
- Solid understanding of IT governance, project financial management, risk management, and delivery controls.
