Strategic Collections Manager We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Collections Manager to lead our early-stage collections operation. You’ll use data, effective strategies, and empathetic leadership to reduce delinquency and improve recovery.

Key responsibilities
- Develop collection strategies for different customer segments.
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities.
- Lead and coach a high-performing call center team.
- Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships and our brand. What you bring?
- Collections call center experience; leadership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, predictive dialers, and collection software.
- Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
