responsibilities

- lead the operational execution of the project portfolio.
- manage the packaging validation process in coordination with icqa and operational areas.
- build and maintain kpi tracking dashboards: economic savings (usd), reduction of plastic (tons), reduction of carbon footprint (co₂ eq).
- coordinate key project stakeholders (sustainability, mtm, icqa, suppliers).
- manage the commercial and operational relationship with packaging suppliers.
- evaluate and document operational and quality standards for the implementation of the projects.
- identify opportunities to expand the initial scope of the project.
- regularly report progress, risks, and opportunities to sustainability and top management.
- 5+ years of experience in managing operational projects, supply chain, or packaging.
- experience in data analysis: building metrics, tracking reports and presentation of results to stakeholders.
- knowledge of packaging processes, quality standards and/or operational validation.
- ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
