as a lead data engineer (python), you will spearhead the design and optimization of robust data pipelines while guiding engineering talent to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will serve as a key technical champion, aligning complex operational requirements with scalable backend architecture.

what you'll do:

- lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- design, construct, and maintain scalable etl/elt pipelines to automate data ingestion and transformation processes.
- architect and manage complex workflow orchestration systems to streamline data processing workflows.




- drive database optimization and efficient extraction strategies across enterprise database environments.
- oversee the migration and modernization of legacy data pipelines into advanced architectures.
- collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define engineering standards and technical roadmaps.

what we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, python development, or a related field.
- proven expertise in workflow orchestration using temporal, airflow, or equivalent.
- strong hands-on experience with sql server, stored procedures, and data extraction.
- experience with data pipeline design and migration using tools like talend or airflow.
- demonstrated ability in team mentoring and stakeholder alignment.
- advanced proficiency in english.
