We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support business applications in a Windows environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote (Candidate must reside in Mexico)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using Progress Software.
Develop and optimize database solutions, SQL queries, stored procedures, and objects using MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end-user support.
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.




Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams while following software development best practices.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Progress Software development.
5+ years of general application development experience in any programming language.
Strong knowledge of MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Experience working within a Windows OS environment.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Stong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
