Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer who owns how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working token-driven system that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
This is a systems-first role, not one-off pages or maintenance. You will stand up new systems quickly, across several client brands, and ensure consistency and rigor from concept to deployment.
