The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the master production schedule to ensure optimal production flow, on-time delivery, and efficient use of resources. This role coordinates demand, production capacity, materials availability, and inventory levels to meet customer requirements while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives.

Develop and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and lead times. Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on customer demand, forecasts, and production capacity.
Ensure raw materials are available in alignment with production needs.
Monitor machine workloads, labor availability, and shift planning to maximize efficiency.
Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks or delays




Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
Manage production data using ERP systems to track inventory, work orders, and lead times.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Edcation level: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience of 3 years production planning within the HVAC or metalworking industry.
English-Intermediate-Advanced (B2-C1) proficiency.
Experience using mayor ERP systems: SAP Business One, SAP HANA
APICS Certification (Desirable)
