To translate the strategic roadmap into a governable portfolio of initiatives, ensuring progress, coordination, management of dependencies and risks, clear ownership, budget oversight, and the delivery of results.

Responsibilities

Manage the Transformation Backlog.

Break down strategic programs into initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.

Maintain an integrated roadmap.

Coordinate stakeholders from Harman, Capgemini, and third parties.

Manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies).

Monitor Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and projects.

Prepare materials for Steering Committees and Operational Reviews.

Manage the schedule, key decisions, and action items.

Track budget and resource capacity.





Manage the intake process for new initiatives.

Coordinate temporary specialists within the DTO (Digital Transformation Office).

Measure realized benefits against business cases.

Required Experience

7+ years in Project/Program Management.

Experience with technology or industrial programs.

Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience in Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 is highly desirable.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent.
