TPI Composites in Ciudad Juárez, MX is seeking an Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and implement equipment, tooling, gauges, fixtures, and manufacturing aids across wind blade production. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, ergonomics, and productivity by delivering innovative engineering solutions.
You will lead projects, interpret BOMs and drawings, and apply GD&T;, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and FEA tools to optimize manufacturing operations. Strong English is required.
