About the Role
Our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding startup in the e-commerce sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to establish and manage their talent acquisition function as a fully remote position. This is a unique opportunity to build a recruitment strategy from the ground up, defining processes, selecting tools, and leading the hiring efforts to support significant company growth. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring key talent across all levels and departments, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and strategic goals. As a remote-first leader, you will foster a collaborative and productive virtual environment, driving the company's mission by building a world-class team. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possesses exceptional skills in virtual team management and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.





Establish and refine recruitment processes, policies, and best practices for a remote workforce.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all open positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.

Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive hiring success.

Select, implement, and manage recruitment technologies and tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.).

Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

Mentor and guide other members of the HR team (as the team grows) on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with
