Maintenance Engineer – Relocation to the United States

MANDATORY: PROFESSIONAL LICENSE (CÉDULA) & ENGINEERING DEGREE

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 MXN per month, including accommodation and vehicle as part of the assignment package.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and Professional License (Cédula Profesional) – Mandatory.
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, production lines, and electromechanical equipment.
- Full availability to relocate to the United States.
- Advanced conversational English skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, production lines, and electromechanical systems.




- Perform root cause analysis and propose improvements to maximize equipment availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for the installation of new equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (5S, TPM, Kaizen, etc.).
- Manage spare parts, technical documentation, and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations.
