About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bookkeeper with solid experience managing financial records and accounting operations for US and Mexico-based companies. If you have a strong command of cross-border bookkeeping standards, a meticulous eye for numbers, and deep expertise in QuickBooks—specifically managing multiple accounts simultaneously across different businesses in Mexico and the US—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and day-to-day transactions across multiple QuickBooks accounts for various businesses in Mexico and the US.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for multiple entities.

Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations across all managed company accounts.

Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements aligned with US and Mexican accounting practices.





Coordinate with management and support tax preparation processes as needed for both jurisdictions.

Ensure data integrity, multi-entity compliance, and timely financial tracking.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as a Bookkeeper managing books for US and/or Mexico-based companies.

Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online/Desktop), with proven experience handling multiple company accounts or multi-entity structures.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, cross-border financial workflows, and financial reporting standards for the US and Mexico.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple business accounts seamlessly.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Fully proficient in English (both written and spoken, as daily communication and reporting will be conducted in English).
