Your Role Ensures compliance with Quality regulations applicable to the manufacturing and release of products and processes under their responsibility, adhering to national and international regulations, regulatory requirements of export markets, industry standards, and Company Quality policies. Contributes to plant productivity by supporting the timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. Responsible for monitoring production processes and implementing continuous improvement tools that positively impact process efficiency. Provides operational and administrative support for the GAMED system,



ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and continuous updating of procedures, internal controls, work instructions, forms, and drawings associated with the system to guarantee its secure and accurate operation, as well as information security. Manages the Systems Administration budget assigned to the area through ongoing identification of cost-efficiency opportunities, savings initiatives, and continuous improvement projects, ensuring expenditures remain aligned with departmental objectives. Maintains up-to-date user account information, GAMED user lists, access matrices, and privilege assignments. Ensures compliance with Access Control, Password Management, and Information Security policies through the proper assignment of system profiles, roles, rights, and privileges to company personnel, enabling them to perform their designated processes within GAMED. Proposes, implements, and participates in process changes, assessments, remediation plans, and follow-up activities aimed at driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Participates in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) programs and ensures compliance with applicable EHS standards and regulations related to assigned activities.



Responsible for managing and controlling the budget assigned to their functions in accordance with Company financial policies and procedures, while also complying with all applicable corporate governance and business ethics policies. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Pharmaceutical Biochemistry (QFB), or a related field (completed degree required).

Experience:
Preferred minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Knowledge and Expertise: Desirable experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry processes; knowledge of operational excellence, process management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Computer

Skills:
Preferably advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Power BI, and GAMED.
• Competencies: Results-oriented, analytical and strategic thinking, teamwork, leadership, and innovation.
• Languages: Intermediate English preferred.
