Marsh is seeking a hands-on senior data engineering leader to own technical delivery for priority initiatives within the IDO. You will lead a squad of 4–8 data engineers, write code, build pipelines, and present delivery plans to business stakeholders.

You will design data models and medallion architectures, ensure data quality, and drive engineering standards across the team, while engaging with business leaders to translate needs into data solutions.
