Job Summary A MES Hydra developer is responsible for designing, development, implementing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), specifically those built on the Siemens OPC UA platform, formerly known as Hydra. These systems are critical for managing and monitoring production on the factory floor. Provide a support and development of production Dashboard on Power BI

Key Responsibilities
System Implementation and Configuration: A specialist configures and deploys MES solutions to meet a manufacturing plant's specific needs. This involves customizing modules for production management, quality control, and material tracking. Setting all the communication protocols with the Helmholtz, Wago or other switches devices based on the machine vendors. Integration: They integrate the MES with other enterprise systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and automation layers, ensuring a seamless flow of data. Technical Support and Maintenance: The role includes providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Data Analysis and Reporting: Specialists develop reports and dashboards using MES data to provide insights into production efficiency, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Identify gaps in current processes and propose enhancements to align with SAP best practices. Training and Documentation:



Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure effective adoption of MES solutions. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details. Project Management: Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business users to meet project goals and deadlines. Required Qualifications

Experience:
