REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field




• 2–4 years of experience in a related position within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• Experience with domestic & international purchasing and logistics
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Valid U.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage purchase orders and supplier follow-up
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability
• Coordinate deliveries according to production requirements
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, availability, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Follow up on delayed materials and prevent production disruptions
• Support quotations, cost-saving initiatives, negotiations, and supplier evaluations
• Coordinate non-conforming material returns with the Quality team
