Job Profile We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations within the electronics manufacturing industry. The adecuado candidate will have strong experience in materials planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier development, ensuring material availability, cost efficiency, and on-time production.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee supply chain operations, including materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.
• Ensure the timely availability of electronic components, raw materials, and production supplies to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance, and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to support production schedules.
• Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, obsolete components, and potential supply chain risks.
• Manage import/export operations and coordinate international logistics, as required.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs),



including inventory accuracy, supplier delivery performance, material availability, and cost reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop the supply chain team. Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience managing electronic components and working with international suppliers.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Competencies
