Salary:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Specialist to support strategic initiatives focused on improving delivery performance, route optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze operational and delivery data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and manage innovation projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer experience.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Forecast resource requirements and support capacity planning initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, primarily within Operations, to implement process improvements.
• Develop recommendations and action plans based on performance analysis and business needs. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Intermediate conversational English (required).

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Preferred Experience Previous experience is desirable, but not required, in:
• Last-mile delivery operations and process improvement.
• Route planning and route optimization initiatives.
• Reducing delivery times and operational costs while improving service levels.
• Implementation of route optimization technologies and logistics solutions.
• Performance analysis and continuous improvement projects.
