• Lead complex telecom and IT programs
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Experience:
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications,



or technology services.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects, ideally in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and customers across different countries.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
• A solid understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and delivery governance. Languages: Spanish and English
