This position is a key component of the Talent (People) team, facilitating data-driven decision-making that enables our company to achieve high performance. Contributing to the success of the entire organization, this role will drive organizational improvement through talent attraction, organizational development, internal communications management, and the collection and interpretation of employee feedback—thereby shaping the talent and organizational strategies that propel the business forward. As a generalist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by providing leaders with data-driven insights about employees, facilitating better decision-making and action.
