• ? Store files and enter shipment information into CargoWise (file number, brief info, voyage details, shipment date)
• ? Request commercial documents and upload them into CargoWise
• ? Coordinate with Entry Writers and the Brokerage Manager as needed
• ? Review files, investigate missing details, and keep records current
• ⌨️ Handle data entry and documentation tasks
• ? Maintain the daily tracing report
• ? Implement filing system updates when required
• ✅ Review documents for accuracy (piece count,



invoice vs packing list) and ensure compliance with customs requirements ? Work Schedule (GDL Office) 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST ? Who you are This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for your first steps in logistics and enjoy working with details and fast-paced processes.
• ? Bachelor’s degree in International Business or equivalent experience
• ? Around 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical role
• ? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• ⚡ Strong prioritization skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
