Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot production database systems and SQL-based applications. Manage incidents and conduct root cause analysis. Tune database performance and optimize SQL queries. Experience with CL, CLLE, RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE for developing and debugging code. Ready to work in production support and development activities. Knowledge of ITIL and incident management process.
