Wireless Engineer MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Generate the script for wireless product.
• Integrate the wireless site according to defined solution.
• Carry out the MW according to the MOP.
• Trouble shooting for the routine wireless product.
• Be able to handle all wireless related work as required.
• Have experience with BSC/RNC design or commissiong. Familiar with OSS platform, able to support OSS commissioning under guidance. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Good knowledge of wireless technologies and related protocols required.
• Previous experience working in support or integration other Network Management systems.
• Installed and configured Telecom equipment.
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP. Strong knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies.
REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality. Willing to travel long-term in Latin America and other regions. Any Telecom Certification from Professional to Expert will be considered as an advantage. This position is On-site This position require fluent english
