Project Senior Analyst/Leader | TenarisShawcor The pipe coating business unit of Mattr – Shawcor – joined Tenaris in December 2023. Together, TenarisShawcor will provide greater capabilities and specialization in end-to-end concrete weight, anti-corrosion, and flow assurance coating solutions for onshore and offshore pipelines. The integration adds nine coating plants in Canada, Mexico, Norway, Indonesia, the UAE, and the United States to Tenaris’s footprint. It also includes two R&D; Centers, located in Toronto, Canada and Orkanger, Norway.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Experience
• Experience in purchase order management, customer service, logistics, demand planning, and contract administration.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations is preferred. English
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with customers and global stakeholders. Position Purpose
• Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, timely product delivery, and customer satisfaction through effective coordination among sales, production,



logistics, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage contract renewals and oversee the quotation and bidding process.
• Coordinate the processing, tracking, and fulfillment of purchase orders.
• Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of shipments.
• Implement demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Monitor production capacity and minimize the impact of demand fluctuations.
• Address customer requirements and ensure service level compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the assigned team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, interfaces, and operational priorities.
