Customer Service Representative ? Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM
- 4PM Mex Time ? Work Modality: On-site (Chihuahua y Merida) We are looking for a Scheduler / Customer Service Representative to coordinate caregiver schedules, support clients, and help ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
✅ Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and client service appointments. ✅ Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs. ✅ Maintain accurate scheduling records and employee documentation. ✅ Support payroll processes by verifying timesheets and updating records. ✅ Answer incoming calls professionally and respond promptly to client inquiries. ✅ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and internal team members. ✅ Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and follow-up. ✅ Address concerns and resolve scheduling-related issues efficiently. ✅ Assist with caregiver recruitment activities, including applicant screening and onboarding support.



✅ Maintain personnel records and documentation within company systems. ✅ Support office operations and perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent. ✔ Minimum 2 years of business, customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience. ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ✔ Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ✔ Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. ✔ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Preferred: ⭐ Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiving, or staffing environments. ⭐ Knowledge of medical terminology. ⭐ Experience using scheduling software such as WellSky, ClearCare, AxisCare, AlayaCare, or similar platforms. ⭐ Experience with payroll support and caregiver scheduling. ?
