· Full time Flay Industries builds and scales its own consumer brands from Mexico City for Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre. We design the product, manufacture it with suppliers in China, import it and sell it ourselves. Our portfolio includes Landmark, one of the top-selling pillow and bedding brands on Amazon Mexico, plus Simply Active and Simply Her in wellness and SonicBurst in personal care. Four years in, more than 50,000 units sold and seven figures in USD sales a year, with no outside investors: we have grown with what the business generates. We run a lean team with no layers and an in-house AI system that handles pricing, advertising, replenishment and reporting. Every product starts from one question: what is the Mexican consumer missing that nobody delivers well? The role You will be the first operations and growth judgment takes on more decisions. The path is explicit: run the operation first, then grow into the growth side of the business (pricing, promotions, advertising, new channels). What you will be exposed to Few roles at this stage give you this much of the business at once:
• Dozens of imports from China: supplier negotiation, production follow-up, freight, customs and landed cost. You will see a product go from factory quote to Amazon listing.
• Pricing strategy with real money on the line: reference prices, deals and coupons, Buy Box dynamics, FBA fee thresholds, and seasonal plans for Buen Fin and Hot Sale, measured in days.
• Agentic AI workflows: an in-house system of AI agents that runs pricing, advertising, replenishment and invoicing.

You will learn to design, supervise and improve agentic workflows, not just prompt a chatbot.
• Marketplace advertising with real budgets: weekly TACOS reviews, bid decisions and campaign changes through the Amazon Ads API.
• Launches and new channels: new products, new brands, and channels such as TikTok Shop and B2B as the business grows.
• The whole P&L;: units, fees, ad spend and contribution by SKU, every week, with the founder. What you will own
• Inventory and replenishment: stock in FBA, at the warehouse and in transit; early stockout detection; weekly transfers to Amazon and Mercado Libre.
• Marketplace operations: catalog, listing health, cases with the platforms, Buy Box and reference-price issues, buyer messages and reviews resolved the same day.
• Imports: purchase orders, factory production, containers and documents with suppliers, freight forwarders and the customs broker.
• Pricing and promotions: analysis and proposals with numbers (profit per unit, per week, scenarios); execution on the platforms once approved.
• Advertising: weekly TACOS review and operational adjustments, with the AI system doing the data work.
• Peak seasons: Buen Fin, Hot Sale and Prime Day ready on time: inventory, deals and ads.
• Weekly P&L; reading: units, revenue,

fees, ad spend, contribution by SKU, and what to change next week. Who we want
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience. Recent graduates welcome.
• A quantitative or analytical background: engineering (industrial, mechanical, systems, chemical or similar), actuarial science, economics, applied mathematics, business, accounting and finance, international business, or any degree where you worked with numbers.
• You think in numbers and in causes: you find the problem, size it in pesos, and propose the fix before anyone asks.
• Ownership: you close what you open. If a supplier or the warehouse does not answer, you find another way.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. (SQL or Python is a plus, not required.)
• No Amazon or Mercado Libre experience required; we teach that. We cannot teach how you think.
• Available during peak season: in Buen Fin or Hot Sale, an account with a problem does not wait until Monday.
• Spanish native, professional English. Based in Mexico City, on site in Colonia Juárez, Monday to Friday. Growth First three months: learn the operation alongside the founder, with 90-day goals. Months four to twelve: the operation runs with you, and you propose prices, promotions and ad spend with numbers. By year one, the goal is that the marketplace P&L; is yours, including the full seasonal plan and the launch of a new channel.

What we offer
• Monthly net salary between MXN 25,000 and 35,000, depending on profile.
• Performance bonus.
• Direct work with the founder and real responsibility from day one.
• Start in November 2026.
