Engagement Manager
- Casino/Gaming Monterrey, Mexico Happiestminds is looking for senior candidates for the Engagement Lead / Account Manager role, responsible for owning and growing strategic relationships within the Gaming & Casino industry across Mexico and LATAM. The role serves as the primary client-facing leader, connecting business needs with technology, delivery, consulting, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end relationships across strategic Casino/Gaming accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CIO, CTO, CPO, Digital, and Business stakeholders.
• Drive account growth, farming, cross-selling, and new opportunity development.
• Manage the engagement at the P&L; level, including revenue, margins, commercial terms, and delivery governance.
• Identify opportunities across iGaming, land-based casino, sportsbook, gaming platforms, CMS/PMS, loyalty, player wallet, omnichannel,



and digital transformation.
• Lead QBRs, executive engagement, account planning, and stakeholder management.
• Translate client business challenges into technology solutions and consulting opportunities.
• Manage RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Build strong relationships with casino operators, gaming technology vendors, and ecosystem partners across Mexico/LATAM. Required Qualifications
• 12 to 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting / Digital Engineering.
• Mandatory experience working with Casino/Gaming clients.
• Strong background in Account Management / Engagement Management / Client Partner roles.
• Proven experience managing large strategic accounts with revenue/P&L; accountability.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico/LATAM and occasionally to the U.
S.
