About the company
Our client is a recognized law firm with a strong reputation as one of the best in the field. They serve clients throughout the United States, a large portion of whom are Spanish speaking from Latin America. They're looking for a reliable, bilingual admin assistant to join part-time and serve as a language bridge during client consultations, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. What You Will Do
- Join client consultations and calls to provide real-time English/Spanish translation support




- Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, filling out forms, preparing invoices
- Support calendar and schedule coordination
- Work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis What You Must Have
- Perfect English and Spanish — written and spoken. This is the #1 requirement, non-negotiable
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Strong reliability and communication discipline
- Comfort working with confidential and sensitive client data
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
