This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decisions across multiple regions while leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.What is your role?As a Global Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing global supply chain strategies that align demand, supply, and capacity across regions. You will lead customer-focused planning activities, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and business leaders to ensure product availability and supply chain resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and management of global capacity and demand plans (SIOP), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer value, and supply chain capabilities.Oversee Customer Supply Chain Analysts, ensuring that product-level planning and execution aligns with global strategies and customer demand.Collaborate with key customers to understand demand models, synchronize orders,
