Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience in office administration, inventory management, and cross-functional operations.

Intermediate proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

Proven experience negotiating with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, furniture, etc.).

Previous experience supervising teams or managing direct reports.

Familiarity with civil protection programs and corporate fleet management.

About the job

As Facilities Supervisor, you will lead your own team to ensure seamless daily operations across our corporate offices and leased apartments. You will be the primary point of contact for managing resources, vendor relationships, and facility logistics, driving continuous improvement in our administrative processes to foster a highly collaborative and innovative workspace.

What we offer

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Facilities team,



ensuring timely and effective support for all areas of the organization.

Oversee daily operational logistics, including access control, workspace allocation, supplies, and internal/external courier services.

Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance and cleaning services for both corporate offices and leased apartments.

Support the coordination of corporate events and ensure rigorous documentation of all departmental processes.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position (Monday through Friday) at our corporate offices. Physical presence is essential to provide immediate, hands-on support and ensure seamless daily operations.
