As a QA Analyst, you will be supporting the quality, reliability and performance of Varicent's Incentives application, designed to automate, model and manage complex sales compensation plans. The role is responsible for identifying issues, contributing to process improvements, and helping ensure a seamless user experience. Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will be testing low to moderate complexity issues, developing testing requirements from that direction.
